Return policy

At mymione your satisfaction is a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold product/s within fifteen (15) days from the date of collection or Home Delivery of the product/s. The return & exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Return time limit:
Returns and exchanges are available within 15 days from the date of actual receipt of the item.

Reason for return:
(1) Product quality problems.
(2) Apply for return or exchange within 15 days if the product (including accessories) is in good condition.

Note: Electronic products cannot be activated, and returns are not supported after activation.

There may be the following situations, which cannot be returned:

1. Any goods not sold by mymione.com (provide order information confirmation);

2. Out-of-warranty products (products beyond the warranty period);

3. Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, liquid intrusion, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or tearing, altering labels, machine serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting marks;

4. It is impossible to provide warranty certificates such as invoices, warranty cards, etc. of the goods, or the information of the warranty certificates does not match the goods and has been altered;

5. Products with authorization/activation information, once activated, do not support return or exchange due to the retention of activation traces;

6. False faults or the effect of use due to personal use environment, no performance faults have been identified, and returns cannot be handled;

7. Other items that should not be returned or exchanged according to law.

Reminder: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also pay for return shipping. If it is not our problem that caused you to return the item, you will be charged for return shipping (AED 25 in UAE, SAR 35 in Saudi Arabia).

Refund Policy

You should receive your refund within four weeks of handing over the package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return after receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the required Time your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
